Fresh applications are invited from eligible candidates for two vacant sanctioned posts of Clerk (General Category) on a regular/permanent basis in a Government Aided Private College. Applications shall be accepted only through online mode. No application or document will be accepted after the last date. Applications through offline mode will not be accepted. The application fee is Rs. 500/- to be paid online. Hard copy of the online form completed in all respects along with self-attested photocopies of the certificates/documents must reach Principal office of the College and a copy of the same application to the Dean of Colleges, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra within 21 days of this advt. Candidates failing to submit the hard copy of the online application along with the required documents within the stipulated period shall be treated as ineligible without any further notice.  Age Relaxation: -

5 years age Relaxation for SC & BC only Haryana State. 

Instructions to the candidates

 1.                     On Line application will be accepted from 3^rd July, 2026 to 23 July, 2026. The applications received after the last date mentioned above will not be entertained.

2.                     No application or document shall be accepted after the prescribed last date. Failure to submit the hard copy of the online application in to the Principal Office, CIS Kanya Mahavidyalaya Fatehpur-Pundri, along with the required documents, within the stipulated period shall render the candidate ineligible for consideration, and such application shall be rejected without any further notice.

3.                     Recruitment shall be carried out in accordance with the Haryana Affiliated College (Security of Service) Rules, 2006 the notification dated 28.12.2011 issued by the department and other instruction issued from time to time.

4.                     Candidates called for interview will have to be present themselves at their own expenses.

 5.                     Qualifications and age shall be considered as on last date of receipt of application.

6.                     College will not be responsible for the applications misplaced or lost or delayed by the Postal department.
